Solid Steps
NDIS Strong Voice / Solid Steps helps First Nations participants build confidence, communication skills, and job readiness. We provide culturally safe tools and guidance that prepare participants and inform employers to support meaningful employment pathways in the future.

SistaSteps to Work empowers First Nations women to step confidently into safe, meaningful employment. By building self-belief, digital skills, and workplace readiness, while guiding employers in cultural safety.

Founded by Korindah of Link2Nation and Melisa of Blaq Diamond Women Empowerment, Diamond Link Services unites two experienced mentors, trainers, and advocates dedicated to empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities. Combining cultural knowledge with lived experience, they deliver culturally grounded, trauma-informed programs that foster growth, resilience, and healing. Diamond Link creates safe, inclusive spaces where individuals build confidence, embrace identity, and take self-determined steps toward a fulfilling future.
